Jobhunters Self Assessment

TO BE AN EFFECTIVE MANAGER YOU DO NEED TO BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN INFLUENCE OTHER PEOPLE'S DECISIONS. IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO INFLUENCE OR CONTROL THINGS THAT HAPPEN IN YOUR LIFE GENERALLY, YOU ARE PRETTY SURE OF BEING ABLE TO INFLUENCE OTHERS AS A MANAGER.

Below are a series of statements with which you may or may not agree. Please read each statement and select the letter, which most nearly represents your opinion. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers; just answer what is true for you. Don’t spend too much time thinking over your answer to any one question. Give the first, natural answer that comes to you.

Please answer candidly. It is important that you be as careful and honest as you can and do not give an answer because it seems like the right thing to say.
